Zak watched the river silentely as it flowed quietly away, thinking about his parents.
he wondered if they were okay and if they missed him.

Deep, dark blue eyes watched the young warrior as he kept his eyes on the river. A tall, lean girl walked up to join him, her own gaze trained on the crystal shimmers of the river. She cast a quick glance at him, registering the boy her father had admitted into the Clan when she was very young.

"Greetings, Zak. A fine day, isn't it?" She asked softly, her long brunette tassels of rich silken brilliance drifting about her shoulders. Without the braids falling over her shoulders like waves she looked exotic, wild almost... both in a beautiful, magical way. The streaks of silver that ran at the edge of her eyes spoke of her hunting before, in the lean body of her Blood Creature, the Snow Leopard. Sarenia looked for a moment out at the horizon, then blinked and looked down into the river again.

Zak turned to look at his leader. "Yes, Beautiful" he murmured quietly, his thoughts still on his family.

Sarenia turned to view his thoughtful expression. Something in his gaze disturbed her slightly, but only in a slight way. The young leader blinked then gave a sort of half-smile.

"I see your thoughts are on something unseen by most... nothing troubling, I hope?" She asked, genuinely concerned. Something in Zak's eyes told her he was thinking of his past, the past she did not know.

Zak smiled, "no, i'm just thinking about my old life, when i wasn't with the clan" he picked up a rock and threw it in the river

Sarenia frowned slightly. Her dark blue eyes potrayed some veiled emotion.

"A hard life OutClanners live, that I know." She said, looking gravely at the ripples that formed from where the rock had fallen with a plop.
